The registration line for SBNS Harrogate will open in November 2025.
The line will close for early bird registration on the 8th April 2026 at 3pm after this time the onsite rates will apply.

Please book early as onsite fees are more expensive and gala dinner tickets MUST be booked in advance.
Please note that we have a new category for those joining from LMIC countries so please make sure you register under the correct category.
Accommodation
Accommodation for delegates and sponsors attending the SBNS/ BNRG Spring Meeting has been reserved at a preferential rate at the Majestic Hotel.
The Majestic Hotel by Hilton
Rates: £150.000 B&B for single occupancy per night.
To benefit from this rate, rooms must be booked through our agent, Julie Conroy, at InTouch International, and not directly with the hotel.
This is a FREE service.
