Registration
The registration line will be open in January 2024.
The line will close for early bird registration on 10th April 2024 at 3pm. After this time the onsite registration rates will apply

Please book early online as onsite fees are more expensive and gala dinner tickets must be booked in advance.
Accommodation
Accommodation for delegates and sponsors attending the SBNS Spring Meeting has been reserved at a preferential rate at the offical conference hotel, The Leonardo Royal Hotel, Haymarket.
To benefit from this rate rooms must be booked through our agent, Julie Conroy at InTouch International and not directly with the hotel. This is a FREE service.
Julie will confirm directly back to you, please book early to avoid disappointment.

The Leonardo Royal Hotel, Haymarket is situated 4 minutes walk from the conference centre and is a 18 minute walk or 13 minute drive from Waverley Train Station. Parking for hotel guests is available in a public car park close by.
Rates: £180 per night B&B
The Novotel Edinburgh City
The Novotel Edinburgh City is situated 9 minutes walk from the conference centre and is a 17 minute walk or 12 minute drive from Waverley Train Station. The hotel has limited onsite parking.
Rates: £170 per night B&B
These rates are only guaranteed until 18th March 2024 so book early to avoid disappointment.
